What does it mean to be a Certified Classical Singer?
- The Certified Classical Singers will be invited to participate in the professional Auditions during the Convention.
- They will have more opportunities. For example, NYIOP (www.nyiop.com) has seen the validity of this new opportunity and will accept CS certification as pre-screening for the NYIOP Flagship Auditions.
- They will be given a certificate and a logo to put on their resumes.
- They will be included on a press release sent to the Classical Singer opera company and artist managers mailing list announcing the Certified Classical Singers for the year.
- This is valid for one year and can be renewed at the 2006 Convention.

How to Become a Certified Classical Singer
Compete in the 2005 Classical Singer Convention's AudComps and receive a Division Ranking of 1 in the Final Competition Round.
