The Ultimate Vocal Arts Recruiting Fair & Masterclass Series ...
The College Expo '09 will be held May 29-31 at the Westin O'Hare hotel in Chicago. The Expo includes a vocal arts recruiting fair and a series of masterclasses and workshops.
Recruiting Fair Saturday, May 30, 11 am - 4 pm
Meet with undergraduate and graduate representatives from premier vocal programs as you find the right school of you. Faculty and admission officers from more than 60 of the top schools in the nation will be at the Expo to help you find the program that fits you the best.
Masterclasses and Workshops Friday, 6 - 7 p.m.
Saturday, 4 - 8 p.m.
Sunday, 12 noon - 3:30 p.m.
Top faculty members from the participating schools will present more than 20 masterclasses and workshops on May 30-31 for students. Topics include Successful Auditioning, Musical Theater Repertoire, Choosing the Right Repertoire, Healthy Technique, Mental, Musica, and Vocal Preparation, and How to Choose the Right School. The complete class schedule and topics will be posted online later this fall.

Choose the classes that will best help you and learn from the best. Sign up to sing in the masterclasses at each school's table during the Recruiting Fair or volunteer to sing at the beginning of each class.
The College Expo is FREE for all High School Vocal Competition participants, plus their parents and teachers. Other singers can still register for the College Expo by paying the $45 registration fee.
