About North Park University:

North Park University is ranked in the top tier of Midwest schools offering master’s degrees by U.S. News & World Report, and has consistently been on their “best colleges” list since 1989. North Park University is nestled in a lovely residential neighborhood in the City of Chicago. A broad liberal arts education gives musicians an indispensable grounding for the arts and for life itself. The NPU School of Music offers a personalized education in music. Combined with the opportunities of the city, the degree programs are both nurturing and challenging.

Undergraduate and graduate degrees for the singer are focused on the demands of a singer’s career. They include Bachelor of Arts in Music, Bachelor of Music Education, Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music in Worship, and Master of Music in Vocal Performance. NPU alums the world over are engaged in teaching, performing and music business careers. It is one thing to accept good singers, but yet another to send them off at the end of the program better than when they came! The faculty is committed to that goal.

Scholarship awards are offered to CS national finalists who sing the primary round at NPU, pending acceptance.
