2009 - 2010 Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by the following deadlines will be refunded in full less the Cancellation Fee:
     AudComps - 90 days before first event
     HSComp - 30 days before First Round
     Professional Track - 60 days before the first event
     Workshops - 30 days before
Cancellation Fees: AudComps $15, HS Comp $15, ProSeries $50, Workshops $15.
Professional Track Cancellations: If you find someone else to take your spot we will refund your money, minus the Cancellation Fee.
Workshop Cancellations: If a scheduled date does not work you may switch dates or locations at any time as long as there is a spot in the new location.
