"Beauty and Inspiration"—The New York Times2008 Queens Council on the Arts Individual Artist Grant winner 2008 Urban Artist Initiative/NYC Fellowship recipient Welcome to my web site! Playing young men and boys is my specialty, and 18th-century music is my passion! Some of my favorites have included Handel's Ariodante (Ariodante), Mozart's Cherubino (Le nozze di Figaro), Idamante (Idomeneo) and Annio (La clemenza di Tito). I'm also seriously interested in operas composed by women, especially the works of my dissertation subject, Maria Antonia, Electress of Saxony (1724-1780). Additionally, I am an oratorio soloist and an expert in baroque dance. Thank you for your interest and support. This is a constantly evolving site, so bookmark it and visit often! ************************ NEWS & EVENTS: ************************ I now offer lecture-performances on Maria Antonia and Operas Composed by Women as a Speaker in the Humanities for the New York Council for the Humanities to organizations throughout New York State.
