“The most entertaining evening of the festival was the double bill of La Divina and The Telephone conducted by Leanna Sterios-Primiani. Jennifer Myers delivered for The California Opera Association another fantastic dramatic portrayal and absolute stunning vocals as a traditional Lucy in Menotti's "The Telephone". This very versatile young soprano has proved her self time and time again in a variety of different roles and musical styles. If you missed her breathtaking portrayal of Mimi in Puccini’s La Boheme last summer, you truly missed out on a very fine and moving evening.
