2008 - 2009 Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by the following deadlines will be refunded in full less the Cancellation Fee:
     AudComps - March 3, 2008
     HSComp - 30 days before First Round
     ProSeries - March 25, 2008
     Workshops - 30 days before
Cancellation Fees: AudComps $15, HS Comp $15, ProSeries $50, Workshops $15.
ProSeries Cancellations: If you find someone else to take your spot we will refund your money, minus the processing fee.
Workshop Cancellations: If a scheduled date does not work you may switch dates or locations at any time as long as there is a spot in the new location.
